With 15+ years of experience and a career built on delivering exceptional talent acquisition services, Ellie brings a wealth of experience gained from her previous role as Associate Vice President and Partner, where she managed high-profile ENR 100 clients across the U.S. and oversaw operations in global markets such as Dubai, London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. In her previous role as VP and Partner, Ellie demonstrated a proven track record of placing candidates at all levels within the engineering, architecture, and construction sectors from entry-level professionals to C-suite executives, including Project Managers, Directors, VPs, CEOs, and Partners. Her commitment to integrity, confidentiality, "doing things right the first time," and delivering measurable results has earned her the trust and respect of clients, firms, and candidates alike.
Ellie previously served as Vice President of Private Wealth Management, where she managed commercial and high-net-worth clients across the country. She also has an extensive background in Investments, Commercial Lending, Securities-based Lending, and Private Banking, with over 10 years of experience, including talent acquisition in these sectors. She holds multiple industry licenses, including the Series 7 and Series 63 stockbroker licenses, as well as a Life Insurance license (2-14) and SAFE certification. These credentials have provided Ellie with a deep understanding of financial markets, giving her unique insights into economic trends and industry dynamics. This expertise enables her to effectively navigate challenges and anticipate market shifts that influence talent acquisition strategies and workforce needs across various sectors.
